You gotta give them some credit. There is not too much in Putnam County that can be called classy. It's pitifully economically & culturally depressed; a mainly-redneck highly racially prejudiced country. The local good old boys and high society snobs (members of 1st Baptist, First Pres., Garden Club, Yacht Club, etc.) would want you to believe otherwise!
