Paparazzi the Polls.

Design for Democracy, an initiative of AIGA, wants photos. [DFD]

Not those kind of photos, perv. That'll get you arrested.

The Polling Place Photo Project is intended to be a kind of citizen-based photojournalism project. Americans are apathetic. Voter turnout rates suck. Prove them wrong (or right) with a snappity snap of the people who actually do show up to vote. Or, don't. Photograph the polling place totally empty.

Since voting is about is interesting as burning toast, I say go out of your way to make things interesting. Cool camera angles? Wrinkled old man holding an American flag? And wearing a fez? A garden gnome with a voter registration card and ballot?

Seriously. Let's show them how Jacksonville do. [PPPP]
